Master of Arts in Counseling Open House
October 6, 2012 8:15am - 3:00pm

An Open House is planned on the campus of Seminary of the Southwest to introduce the master of arts in counseling to anyone interested in knowing more about these programs of the Center for Christian Ministry and Vocation at the seminary.

The event takes place on Saturday, October 6th, from 8:15 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on the campus at 501 East 32nd Street in Austin.

The schedule includes an opportunity to sit in a typical class in the program, to participate in Chapel, and to visit with current students over lunch.

There is no charge to attend the Open House. The normal application fee of $50 is waived for any guests who turn in an application for either degree that day.

Master of Divinity and Diploma in Anglican Studies Visitors WeekendNovember 9-11, 2012  

Explore Seminary of the Southwest's Master of Divinity and Diploma of Anglican Studies programs during Visitors Weekend, a “re-treat” offered each spring and fall. The time, from Friday afternoon through Sunday morning, is structured to give prospective students a feel for seminary life -worship, study, community- and to provide time to ask questions of faculty, staff, and especially current students, those who have already walked the ground many are considering. Attendees are both local to Austin and from across the United States.

The event begins November 9th at 4pm on the campus at 501 East 32nd Street in Austin and includes a dinner with the Professors, Class room experience, Q & A with current students, community Eucharist and Saturday evening celebration.

• Complimentary room & board and airport shuttle.
• $45 registration fee.
