Enron, ethics and chicken salad

Sherron Watkins, better known as "the Enron Whistleblower" spoke on "What is faith? My journey through the Enron scandal" to a full house for the Monday Connection luncheon on the campus of Seminary of the Southwest on June 7. Ms. Watkins is currently an advocate for Christian ethics in today's capitalist system and in our lives. An independent consultant and speaker on the subject of Enron and leadership lessons, Ms. Watkins lives in Houston where she and her family are members of St. John the Divine Episcopal Church.

Monday Connection is a gift from Seminary of the Southwest to the Austin business and professional community. A host committee, chaired by Mr. Malcolm Cooper, plans the events and the speakers and makes the luncheon available at no charge to the invited guests. Monday Connection luncheons are scheduled three times each year for the past 17 years.
