Dr. Tony Carr holds master and doctoral degrees from Dallas Theological Seminary. Prior to his conversion and call to ministry he was a bartender, headwaiter, construction tradesman, and public school teacher. His master’s studies focused on Christian Education, whereas his doctoral studies on leadership. He has served in pastoral ministry, as a university instructor, and overseen pastoral credentialing, spiritual health, discipline, and renewal. He has developed ministries focusing on church health as a means to church growth. He loves to proclaim the good news of God’s grace incarnated in Christ. His aim in teaching is to promote growth in grace, the personal knowledge of Christ, and practical ministry.
