Paula Sullivan

Paula Sullivan is a Spiritual Director, author, retreat facilitator, and guide for the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola. She and her husband Richard recently moved from her home of 40 years in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Seguin, Texas, to be near her middle daughter and to enjoy two of her granddaughters. In Tulsa she taught college-level English and Creative Writing for 20 years and had a spiritual direction practice for the past 8 years. A practicing Catholic since birth, Paula has also studied under numerous Zen masters. She is passionate about teaching and learning and welcomes diversity in her ecumenical approach to spiritual companioning.
