Begin with a careful review of the checklist, front and back. It details exactly the forms and documents required per degree program.
Application for Admission
We use a single application form for all programs, so all questions will not apply to your specific situation. Note that a résumé or CV may be substituted for the Work History section.
Request to Transfer Credits
Have you completed graduate work in the same or a related field? Use this form for requesting that credit earned be transferred to SSW.
Admission Reference
The checklist indicates how many references are required for your application and from whom. Follow the directions on the reference form carefully.
Financial Aid Evaluation
All full-time students may apply for financial aid and are encouraged to do so.
Screening Questionnaire
As indicated on the form, Part 1 is required of all applicants, while Part 2 is for those expecting to have a field placement.
